Could someone please explain this phenomenon to me?

I love scrapbooking -- one it's relaxing and something I can do to entertain myself -- two it's a great way to keep track of pictures more creatively. Believe me, once you give it a chance you will be hooked!

I agree!! It's amazing how relaxing it is, and I love sharing my scrapbooks with friends and family. It's so much more interesting then just having them look through a bunch of photos - it tells a whole story. Do you have a favorite local scrapbooking store?

If you don't get scrapbooking you'll never get it. Keep to what you know it'll make you much happier.

I love the idea of scrapbooking, and have even attempted to make a scrapbook.. however i lost interest when i didn't finish it in one day. Plus my mind changes and i always seemed to go back and mess everything i did up... UGH But while i was doing it, it was relaxing..

I just got into scrapebooking and that is because there is a company out of Utah called Close to my heart and they make prelayed out pages and give you paper and stickers in a kit for like 11.00. It makes scrapebooking for me eaiser because i am not a creative person but yet i don't like the photo albums. In one kit i can get about 4 pages if not more out of it. I like to think of it as scrapebooking for dummies because that is what i am right now when it comes to scrapebooking.

I am dummie when it comes to scrapbooking too...but I'd really like to learn.  So I have found a couple of my friends who are good at it, and enjoy doing it, and we get together every now and then and scrapbook together.  That way we give eachother ideas and its fun to just talk and be with friends.  Also, I know you can take classes at scrapbook stores for not too much money, and I think I'm going to start doing that too.  It's nice to have a hobby that doesn't involve changing poopy diapers or doing laundry.
